What is a White Label SIM Card?

 

The SIM card or Subscriber Identity Module is a portable memory chip used in GSM mobile phones. The SIM holds personal identity information, cell phone number, phone book, text messages and other data.  It can be thought of as a mini hard disk that automatically activates and personalises the phone into which it is inserted.  

 

Our White Label SIMs are white without branding.  Your customers will never see or hear from WLS or the carrier. We also offer SIM Card Holder package design and printing services for branding and identity awareness.

What are the SIM Card Plan Features?

 

All SIM Card rate plans are monthly pay as you go plans that include Voicemail, Caller ID, Call Waiting, and Three-Way Calling.  Unlimited free domestic long distance charges are included with every rate plan as well as roaming on the same network. Each plan comes with a set 30 day billing cycle, unlimited airtime, unlimited text and 4G data.   If you need additional mobile web data then you can buy a data card.  Data cards expires in 30 days.

Can customer keep their number?

 

Yes.   You can port your customer's existing number at the time of activation. Porting can take as fast as 1-2 hours or as long a 24-48 hours. Please note that you cannot port your number if you disconnect your service before beginning the porting process. Please be advised that if you port a number, service will be lost to that number on until the porting process is completed.

How long does it take for my SIMs to be delivered in the mail?

 

All orders placed online may take between 3-10 days for delivery. Most orders placed before 3 PM EST, Monday through Friday, will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM or over the weekend will be shipped on the next business day. If you do not receive your orderwithin 10 days, please contact customer service for assistance and a tracking number. Note: Express Overnight Shipping orders should be received within 24 hours from shipment to most destinations.
